Establishment of one Manufacturing and one Trading Company for Amann Group
Amann + Söhne GmbH & Co. KG, located in Bönnigheim, Germany, is one of the world leading manufacturers of industrial sewing thread products. With various subsidiaries and approximately 1,500 employees in total, Amann Group distributes its high-quality industrial yarns to over 100 countries all over the world.
Considering the continuous growth of the industrial sewing thread market in Eastern Asia, Amann realized the significant importance of establishing a manufacturing and a trading base in China.
During the establishment phases of the production and trading company for Amann in China, FE has taken the following tasks:
- Investigation and dealer selection for the most important raw materials
- Selection of the local equipment suppliers and inquiry for quotations
- Identification and evaluation of the suitable industrial zones
- Pre-check of the local environment and license regulations
- Negotiation and signing of the leasing, investment and land-use-right contract
- Application for the business license and establishment of the manufacturing Co. in Yangcheng
- Application for the business license and establishment of the trading Co. in Shanghai
- Recruiting employees for various positions in both companies
As soon as the above mentioned companies start to operate, Amann will be able to achieve a more sufficient delivery for its existing and new developed customers in the booming Chinese market. Nevertheless, with its own production base in Asia, Amann also has a very promising prospect of developing new markets out of Europe.
