FE Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, registered in the Municipal Court of Munich under no. HRB 121020, was founded on 11 June 1996. The two shareholders of FE are Mr. Klaus Ruhdorfer, Munich, and Mr. Wei Ge, Shanghai.

After taking a degree in business economics at Munich University, Mr. Klaus Ruhdorfer worked for five years at the HypoVereinsbank banking group. Klaus Ruhdorfer is the founder and main shareholder of FE.

Mr. Ruhdorfer is responsible in particular for the consultancy of German and European customers. As a member of the Board of Directors, he also controls FE’s interests in its equity investments in China.

Mr. Wei Ge, born in Shanghai on 1 August 1973, studied Business German at Tongji University in Shanghai as well as an MBA degree subsequently.

Since 1996 Mr. Ge has been the Chief Representative of FE in Shanghai , since 2006 the General Manager of FE Beteiligungsgesellschaft Shanghai Co. Ltd. In addition Mr. Ge is shareholder and General Manager of FE Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
