- investigation of suitable legal forms of the company, a.o. production companies (WFOE) or sales-/trading companies (FICE)
- customer-oriented selection and evaluation of suitable industrial zones and locations
- negotiation of complete investment conditions in industrial zones
- drafting, negotiating and closing of rental-, investment- and land-use-right-contracts
- drafting and submitting of the articles of association and other documents required by local authorities
- ongoing support until the issuance of the business license respectively the operational start of production
- Recruiting: systematical selection of suitable managers and employees, compilation of labour contracts as well as advise in terms of remuneration, social welfare and incentives
- M&A: support during the selection and evaluation of proper objectives as well as during the acquisition of companies or assets of companies
