Biffar (Villa doors)

Biffar GmbH & Co. KG is one of the quality leaders among the German manufacturers of apartment- and villa doors. In its production base in Edenkoben a.o. burglar-resistant safety doors are manufactured in individual designs.

Already in spring 2003 Biffar entrusted FE with the execution of a market research, dealer selection and trademark registration in China. In 2004 the first showroom was opened in Beijing. After some years of cultivating the market, Biffar reached the breakthrough in 2009 and supplied more than 300 burglar-resistant safety doors to the famous Yuyuantan project in Beijing. Till today, Biffar won big projects year by year, such as the Kingdom villa project in Shanghai, the Pan Gu 7 Star Hotel in Beijing, the Ocean La Vie villa project in Beijing or Royal Park No. 8, das most expensive apartment project of whole China in 2015. Since the market entry FE is the official representative and central co-ordinator of Biffar’s sales and marketing activities in China. Typical tasks are for instance:

• continuous selection of distributors in the key cities and regions
• advising on negotiations and contracts with sales partners
• support in the process of inquiries and quotations as well as the order processing in tender biddings
• selection, co-designing and ongoing supervision of showrooms
• planning of / participation in seminars and marketing events locally
• observation of the Chinese market in terms of competitors, trademark & patent piracy as well as supervision of the price-wise and territorial guidelines
• other support, e.g. in terms of trademark and patent rights, quality claims or safeguarding of payments by customers

Nowadays Biffar is the leading brand in the premium market of high-quality imported doors in China. For the coming years yet further big projects are under contract.
